instead of the electro-galvanized coating due to hot-dip coating makes
the wire of better quality and lead-free in production.

HOT DIP GALVANIZING
HOT-DIP GALVANIZATION (TSN WIRES)
- There is an alloy coating formed by a natural iron-zinc chemical bond (Fe-Zn alloy layer), giving it a stronger adhsion on the steel surface and good abrasion resistance.
- Better bending without coating layer peeling or cracking
- Longer rust protection due to the thicker coating
ELECTRO-GALVANIZATION (GENERAL)
- There is no alloying layer between steel and zinc because it is a coating that uses electricity to create a chemical reaction.
- When bending a lot, the coating layer has a chance to peel off or crack because there is no alloy
- coating between steel and zinc. Does not prevent rust for long due to thin coating
